COACHING DISCLAIMER: By purchasing coaching services, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following: I understand that coaching is, at present, an unregulated industry | I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my coaching sessions, and beyond, including my choices and decisions. | I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy. | I understand that my Coach will protect my information as confidential unless I report any safeguarding issues of abuse or neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken and my confidentiality agreement will become limited in this capacity.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Invoices are submitted before the date of the first session, and payable by BACS within 7 days. Charges are payable if sessions or components of work are cancelled or rescheduled within 7 days of agreed delivery date. Full session charge will be applicable for cancellations within 24hrs.
INSURANCE / CLAIMS: Please be aware that Oxygen Professional Liability Insurance is written through a UK court system. By accepting our services you agree any claim/s will go through UK courts.

PRIVACY POLICY: NMS Coaching Ltd are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us (your “Information”). Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data controller is Natalie Miller-Snell.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE USE? We will collect and process the following data about you: Information you give us. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our site nmscoaching.co,uk or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise or completing any tests or assessments during your coaching programme.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT. Contact forms: When you submit an enquiry through the form on the Contact Page, we keep your name, email address, IP information and the original message for as long as relevant to your enquiry process. Should you become a client, this information will be stored as part of your ongoing client file. For any enquiries that don’t lead to contracted services, we periodically delete this information. We also use this enquiry information to monitor our communications with you and to analyse and improve customer experience. This includes basic personal data required for you to be able to use our site, subscribe to our service, search for a product or service, place an order on our site, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions, enter a competition or promotion or survey and when you report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include your name, address, email address and phone number. Information we collect about you. When someone visits nmscoaching.co.uk we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and how long they visited us for. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make and do not allow Google to make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION? No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. Once we have received your information we will use strict procedures to try to prevent unauthorised access. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site at transmission stage; any transmission is at your own risk.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION FOR? We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. The Information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS? WHAT DATA BREACH PROCEDURES DO WE HAVE IN PLACE? If a data breach is suspected, we will immediately inform the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) to make them aware and then personally inform any affected clients via email.
