A certified coach, motivational speaker, qualified civil engineer and people enthusiast, Natalie Miller-Snell founded NMS Coaching following her lifelong passion and ambition to help people realise their potential and that anything is possible. As Natalie puts it: “Everyone is capable of great things; sometimes we just need someone to help us find the right direction.”
Natalie is a former Director of Development and has spent 20+ years in the building and construction industry, leading and enabling teams to successfully deliver retail projects across the globe. She has worked with teams to transform underperforming departments, mentor individuals and encourage those around her to believe in themselves, trust in their abilities and build confidence to take on new tasks and succeed.
