Meditation

Research has shown that meditation can be beneficial to help control emotions while decreasing stress, fears and anxieties. By focusing our mind, being still (yet aware of our surroundings), centring ourself and breathing slowly, we can all achieve peace and harmony; we can enhance health and well being; we can develop intuition and creativity and we are able to connect with our inner / higher self.

Meditation can also be used to help develop a positive attitude, enhance self esteem and help with discipline.  It has been known to support individuals overcoming addictions and insomnia.
