Radiating Hope: Connecting Our Energy for a Brighter Future
It's undeniable that the world feels very heavy at the moment, filled with challenges that seem insurmountable and all consuming. Social media and relentless news cycles often amplify the feeling of bleakness, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the sheer scale of global issues. However, amidst this figurative, and sometimes literal, darkness, I thought it important to remind us all of a profound truth: we are not powerless. There is light.

Conquer Your Distractions
I've been doing a lot of thinking about how we can better manage interruptions and distractions to help us get more done and I wanted to share my thoughts and some resources with you.

Taking Back Your Peace
If you’re anything like me, the world current affairs have me riding an extreme rollercoaster. Up and down on the daily. How to Manage Overwhelm
Here are some tips to help you with overwhelm, if you are struggling and do not know where to start. At NMS Coaching, we use these steps when feeling overloaded. They are a great form of support to move us from a place where we feel stuck and overwhelmed to a place of peace and clarity. Somewhere we can see the figurative sunshine and recognise how amazing we are.

What’s in a Plan?
People often refer to making plans and the benefit of planning, but really, what’s in a plan?
My name’s Natalie Miller-Snell, and I’m a recovering Project Manager… it’s fair to say that planning is in my blood and I have a penchant for timelines. Having led teams for over two decades, delivering projects across the globe, I’ve experienced first hand the pain when things are not organised and I acutely recognise the enormous benefit a plan can bring to the success of any project or aspect of life. But let’s go back in time a little and hop over to Italy for a story that may whet your appetite.

2020 in Reflection.
What a year!
On 31st December 2019, as the hour turned midnight and we opened the figurative door to 2020, I distinctly remember thinking that 2020 was going to be a great year.
Hmmm…… cue tumbleweed.
