The Gratitude Cycle TM.

It all begins with Gratitude. Research by Emmons and McCullough (2003), shows that being grateful not only makes us happier but it also has a positive impact on our physical health.

Let’s re-wire our neural pathways.

Gratitude is a simple and effective way to help us re-wire our brains.

It is also the start of a process Natalie calls The Gratitude Cycle TM:

  • When we are grateful, we develop optimism.

  • When we are optimistic, we build more resilience.

  • When we are resilient, we enable growth.

  • When we experience growth, this creates opportunities.

  • And with more opportunities, we generate gratitude and thus The Gratitude Cycle continues.
